Rize Federal Credit Union is seeking a Part-Time Help Desk Specialist to provide Tier 1 technical support for team members across the Las Vegas area. The role is on-site, travel between branches is required, and no prior help desk experience is necessary. Schedule to be discussed during the interview process.

This entry-level position reports to the Director of Infrastructure and Security Operations and involves hands-on support at branch locations, devices setup, and ticketing system updates.

• Provide first-line support in person, by phone, email, and via ticketing system.
• Document and track requests in the ticketing system with troubleshooting steps and resolution.
• Set up workstations, printers, and related equipment.
• Assist with new-hire moves and equipment replacement tasks following IT procedures.
• Support conference room and video meeting equipment.
• Travel between Las Vegas-area branches to provide on-site support.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or higher as needed.
• Coordinate branch visits and update IT on issue status.
