Job summary

TELUS Health in Chicago is seeking a part-time, on-site licensed mental health professional to provide Employee Assistance Program services to our local workforce. You will deliver short-term, solution-focused counseling, perform brief assessments, and help employees navigate personal and professional challenges with skill-building approaches.

Prior workplace wellness experience and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of post-graduate clinical experience.
• EAP experience required and/or short-term solution-focused counseling.
• Experience working with corporate clients preferred.
• Must be clinically licensed to practice without supervision.
• Must have Professional Liability Insurance with adequate coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site short-term solution-focused counseling to employees.
• Manage a varied caseload with varied client profiles.
• Deliver counseling within an EAP framework to support workplace well-being.
