Prior workplace wellness experience and the ability to work independently are essential.

Independently Licensed Mental Health Professional (LP, LCSW, LMFT, LCPC)

Thursdays; 4 hours weekly - preferably 10am-2pm CDT

The ideal candidate will deliver short-term, solution-focused therapy and assessments, helping employees navigate personal and professional challenges through brief interventions and skill-building approaches. Must have experience in workplace wellness, and the ability to provide focused, results-oriented counseling within an EAP framework.
