Job summary

TELUS Health in Chicago is seeking an independently licensed mental health professional to deliver on-site Employee Assistance Program services on a part-time basis. The position requires 4 hours weekly, Thursdays, preferably 10am-2pm CDT, in a contract arrangement aimed at supporting employee wellbeing within the local workforce.

The ideal candidate holds a current Illinois license (LP/LCSW/LMFT/LCPC) with at least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience and EAP or short-term

Qualifications

• Must hold a current clinical license (LP, LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC) to practice in Illinois.
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience.
• Experience with Employee Assistance Programs and/or short-term solution-focused counseling required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site short-term solution-focused counseling to employees in Chicago.
• Manage a varied caseload and adapt to different client needs and consultation reasons.
