Job summary

TELUS Health is seeking a licensed mental health professional for a part-time, on-site contract to provide Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to our Chicago workforce. The ideal candidate will deliver short-term, solution-focused therapy and assessments, helping employees navigate personal and professional challenges through brief interventions and skill-building approaches.

The role requires independenty licensed professionals (LP, LCSW, LMFT, LCPC) with 3+ years post-graduate

Qualifications

• Licensed in IL/US as LP/LCSW/LMFT/LCPC.
• Minimum 3 years post-graduate clinical experience.
• EAP and/or short-term solution-focused counseling experience required.
• Experience with corporate clients preferred.
• Must be clinically licensed and able to practice without supervision.
• Professional liability insurance: $1,000,000 per claim and $3,000,000 aggregate.

Our team is seeking a licensed mental health professional for a part-time, onsite contract position providing Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to the workforce in the local community. The ideal candidate will deliver short‑term, solution‑focused therapy and assessments, helping employees navigate personal and professional challenges through brief interventions and skill‑building approaches. Must have experience in workplace wellness, and the ability to provide focused, results‑oriented counseling within an EAP framework.

What you'll do:

• Provide on‑site short term solution focused counseling to our client's employees in Chicago.

How You Will Make a Difference:

• Provide on‑site short‑term solution focused counseling to promote well‑being in the workplace
• Manage a varied caseload, adapted to different types of clients and consultation reasons

What you bring:

Independently Licensed Mental Health Professional (LP, LCSW, LMFT, LCPC)

• 100% On‑Site
• Thursdays; 4 hours weekly - preferably 10am-2pm CDT

The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and organized. They enjoy versatility and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with efficiency. Structured in their approach, they know how to prioritize responsibilities and maintain a high level of performance in all activities.

• Minimum of 3 of post‑graduate clinical experience
• Employee Assistance Program and/or Short‑term solution focused counseling experience required
• Experience working with corporate clients and/or in corporate setting preferred
• Must be clinically licensed and able to practice without supervision
• Must have Professional Liability Insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 per claim and $3,000,000 per aggregate
