Job summary

Commonwealth in Portland, OR seeks a part-time Community Manager to oversee an all-ages manufactured housing community. You will split duties between office tasks and site maintenance, with rent collection and tenant coordination at the core.

A 1-bedroom, 1-bath home plus utilities is included. Pay is DOE; benefits include 3 weeks PTO and 401(k) after 90 days; work 24–28 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Must have Microsoft Office Skills.

Responsibilities

• Rent collection and handling of late notices; eviction proceedings as needed.
• Administrative duties including monthly reports, tenant files, and record keeping.
• Facility maintenance oversight including common areas, grounds, and safety checks.
• Promote and rent vacant homes and RV spaces; coordinate with dealers and managers as needed.
