Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and valid Tennessee Esthetician License required.
• Luxury hotel, resort, or high-end spa experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of professional skincare treatments, techniques, products, and ingredients.
• Understanding of Forbes Travel Guide service standards is a plus.
• Marriott or luxury hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong consultation, communication, and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional facial and skincare treatments per spa protocols.
• Consult with guests to understand skincare needs, concerns, preferences.
• Recommend treatments, products, and home-care routines based on guest needs.
• Deliver a personalized and luxurious experience from start to finish.
• Maintain knowledge of spa treatments, products, and ingredients.
• Educate guests on skincare products and thoughtful retail recommendations.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure cleanliness and stock levels.
• Follow sanitation, safety, hygiene, and infection-control standards.
• Maintain guest information and treatment notes as required.
• Support spa operations and fellow team members to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain discretion and professionalism; protect guest privacy.
• Uphold Forbes Travel Guide standards and Marriott luxury brand expectations.
