Job summary

The Joseph, Nashville, part of the Makeready collection, seeks a Spa Supervisor to lead the spa team and engage guests with elevated wellness experiences reflecting our luxury standards.

Reporting to the Spa Director, this hands-on role combines supervision with guest interaction, with roughly 70% of duties in Spa Concierge responsibilities such as bookings, phone inquiries, and guest communications, while supporting operations, inventory, and retail initiatives.

Qualifications

• Spa experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end spa environment.
• Experience in supervisory or leadership roles in spa settings.
• Knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide service standards and luxury hospitality.
• Experience with inventory management and retail operations.
• Experience creating or managing team schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage spa bookings, appointments, modifications and guest requests.
• Lead by example in delivering warm, personalized luxury service.
• Utilize Book4Time to manage appointments and guest information.
• Support Spa Concierge/front desk operations and daily admin tasks.
• Assist with team scheduling, inventory, and product organization.
• Promote spa retail products through knowledge and recommendations.
