Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Theology, Religion, Spiritual Care or related field.
• 1–3 years of Spiritual Care experience (CPE training) required; chaplaincy preferred.
• Board Certified Chaplain strongly preferred (BCC) with appropriate credentials.
• Ability to plan, develop, and implement programs for spiritual care across care continuum.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English; professional terminology proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual care to address distress, grief support, crisis intervention, and life changes.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to integrate spiritual care into patient care.
• Develop and participate in programs and partnerships with faith leaders as appropriate.
