Responsibilities

• Serves food and beverages to guests per guidelines.
• Sets up buffet stations and service areas per Banquet Event Order.
• Attends pre-shift meetings and communicates requests to management.
• Maintains cleanliness of banquet and kitchen areas and handles equipment with care.
• Assists with inventory control and waste monitoring in the banquet area.
• Provides excellent customer service and anticipates guest needs.
