Qualifications

• Automotive experience is a plus.
• Highly organized and eager to improve.

Responsibilities

• Process rebates.
• Prepare and process reserve statements.
• Cancellations handling.
• Prepare and process license plates and title documents for local and out-of-state titling.
• Post titling transactions and monitor schedules.
• Perform reconciliations.
• Track daily title issues.
• Represent the dealership to customers and vendors professionally.
• Complete end-of-month accounting tasks as directed.
• Receive liens and car titles.
• Ensure compliance with filing and office procedures.
• Maintain customer files.
• Review records for completeness and accuracy.
