Job summary

Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort, IL is hiring a full-time Sales Specialist to be the single point of contact for customers. You'll receive on-the-job training and work a five-day week with Saturdays, earning a base weekly salary and performance bonuses.

You will build lasting relationships, demonstrate vehicles, and manage leads with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, training, and internal advancement opportunities within the Phillips Auto Group.

Phillips Chevrolet is currently accepting applications for talented, outgoing and motivated single point of contact Sales Specialists.We offer paid, on-the-jobtraining through our renowned Phillips University strictlydedicated to your success;from the #1 Chevy Dealer in Illinois. This is a full-time position that requires a 5 day work-week including Saturdays. Dealership closes at 7pm during the week and 6pm on Saturdays. Example of work schedule: Monday thru Friday 9am - 5pm, 11am-7pm, (2) 9am-7pm, 1 day off during week and Saturdays 8:30am-6pm.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins & the outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
• Receives the leads, phone-ups, floor traffic, and back up help from the Sales BDC
• Sales sells all the products including aftermarket and backend products
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
• Bring your 'A game' & positive attitude with you every day
