Job summary

Furniture Mart USA is seeking a part-time team member in Sioux Falls, SD to provide administrative and staff support. The role includes assisting customers at check-out and handling various administrative tasks. We're looking for someone who has strong computer and communication skills, as well as previous experience in customer service.

Starting Wage: $16/hour

Summary:

• Part time (20-30 hrs/week), occasional weekends required
• Provide a broad variety of administrative and staff support services for our Store Manager and Sales Associates
• Receive incoming phone calls and assist customers at check-out
• Cash handling, bookkeeping, and report preparation
• Ensure client receives excellent customer service

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Proficient computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Previous customer service experience and detail-oriented
