Santa Fe College in Gainesville, FL, seeks a part-time Student Office Assistant to support the Student Life marketing team. You will assist with coordinating, maintaining, and developing graphic design projects for Student Life.
The role requires current enrollment, six or more credits, and a criminal background check. You will design materials, collaborate with campus staff, and ensure timely production of posters, brochures, and web graphics while upholding FERPA and privacy policies.
Student Life serves as the hub for students at Santa Fe College andis comprised of student activities, student clubs andorganizations, civic engagement and service, student government,leadership programs, the Student Engagement Center, internationalstudent support and advising, Saints Food Share, the Student LifeBusiness Office, and Student Life marketing. Student Life alsoprovides student-centered services such as access to a recreationroom, computer lab, art gallery, ID card services, and holdsevening hours.

Required: Must be a currently enrolled Santa Fe Collegestudent, in good academic and behavioral standing, taking six (6)or more credit hours.
Additional Requirements: A criminal background check will beconducted.
Preferred: Experience as websmith and/or graphicdesigner.
