Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessment; identify patient needs and appropriateness of care.
• Document, prepare, revise, and complete Plan of Care, progress notes, and other clinical records.
• Accept clinical assignments consistent with education and competence.
• Participate in the IDG care planning process.
• Apply infection control concepts to prevent contamination and transmission of disease.
• Assess and facilitate ROM, strength, coordination, and use of adaptive equipment.
• Evaluate patient occupational performance in self-care, work, leisure and rest.
• Promote organizational policies to ensure quality of care.
