Job summary

Responsibilities

• Evaluations are initiated per physician orders and facility guidelines.

• Completes documentation including treatment notes and summaries.
• Keys information into EMR and rehab systems.
• Ensures safety and quality patient care through interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Participates in continuing education and program development.
