Corewell Health's Pine Ridge Nursing & Rehab Center in Stevensville, MI is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a part-time role. The OT will assess patient needs, provide therapy, and educate patients and caregivers, coordinating adaptive equipment as required.

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited OT program.
• Preferred Master's Degree in OT or related field.
• MI OT licensure upon Hire; NB-COT OTR certification upon Hire.
• Driver's license valid in Michigan; Home Care Lines requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction.
• Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges adaptive equipment as needed.
