Job summary

Synergy Care is seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team at The Traditions–Clearfork in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a part-time opportunity under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, assist residents in improving daily living skills and functional independence, document patient progress, collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, and create meaningful therapy experiences

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Texas COTA license must be current.
• NBCOT Certification is required.
• CPR Certification preferred.
