Synergy Care is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist Assistant to serve Bethesda Gardens in Fort Worth, TX. You must hold NBCOT certification (COTA) and an active OTA license or be eligible for licensure. Job duties include evaluating patients, creating treatment plans, supervising aides, and participating in case management.

Responsibilities emphasize delivering compliant, high-quality OT services and upholding Synergy Care’s commitment to patient-centered care across facilities.

• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OTA program or graduating within 6 months.
• Current NBCOT certification (COTA) required.
• Active Louisiana OTA license or eligible for licensure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
