Synergy Care is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for a PRN, on-site role in Fort Worth, TX at Bethesda Gardens outpatient clinic serving an Independent/Assisted Living Community. This position requires graduation from an accredited OT Assistant program (or pending graduation within six months), current NBCOT certification, and Texas state licensure eligibility.

Strong communication, teamwork, and commitment to quality patient care are essential.

Synergy Care is looking for a compassionate and qualified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team on a PRN basis at Bethesda Gardens , an outpatient clinic serving an Independent/Assisted Living Community in Fort Worth, TX .

We are seeking a dependable, patient-focused professional who is committed to providing quality care and enjoys working as part of a collaborative therapy team.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program or expected to graduate within the next six (6) months.

Current NBCOT certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.

Current or eligible Texas state licensure as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
