Synergy Care is seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team at The Traditions–Clearfork in Fort Worth, Texas. This part-time opportunity focuses on delivering patient-centered therapy under supervision.

Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, help residents improve daily living skills, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

Formación

• Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current Texas COTA license
• NBCOT Certification
• CPR Certification (preferred)
