Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of Occupational Therapy.
• NBCOT registered and CO license to practice.
• 3+ years experience in all aspects of occupational therapy preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• EPIC EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services per physician's plan of care for inpatients, SCU and outpatients.
• Plan and oversee Activities for the Skilled Care Unit.
• Provide coverage in Granby and Fraser from Kremmling, CO.
