Agile Occupational Medicine is seeking a Clinical Staff Physician to join our California centers. The role involves direct patient care, leadership of clinical operations, and ensuring high-quality occupational health services for businesses and workers.

Flexible 2-3 day per week schedule (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) with telemedicine options as needed. Starting compensation ranges from $125 to $150 per hour, with annualized salary based on scheduled hours.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical program.
• Active and unrestricted California medical license (or license in progress).
• Active DEA registration.
• Current BLS certification.
• NRCME certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Board certified or board eligible through ABPM, ABFM, AOA or applicable state board preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care at the center, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating occupational medicine patients.
• Lead processes to minimize visit times and enhance patient experience.
• Serve as Primary Treating Physician for injuries and coordinate with therapists and specialists.
• Supervise clinicians and staff, ensuring regulatory and supervisory requirements are met.
• Maintain documentation, coding, charge capture, and follow-up on orders.
• Engage in team meetings to improve quality, safety, and case management.
• Monitor staffing, budgets, and center performance metrics.
