LifePath, Inc. seeks a Nutrition Program Assistant to support Meals on Wheels Kitchen and Congregate Dining Center operations in Shelburne, MA, with primary placement in Highland Village.

The role includes food preparation, kitchen cleanup, administrative tasks, and substitute meal delivery as needed. This part-time position (15 hours/week) serves Franklin County and North Quabbin, with occasional travel to nearby sites.

Qualifications

• Flexible to handle a variety of duties across dining, kitchen and admin tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse individuals.
• Mathematical accuracy for record-keeping and data tasks.
• Excellent customer service and administrative abilities.
• Cooking skills to reheat pre-prepared foods and assist kitchen prep.
• Willingness to travel to sites within the service area.
• Experience with older adults and volunteers a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties as Dining Center Manager, supervising volunteers.
• Assist kitchen operations to reheat and serve meals and maintain cleanliness.
• Serve as back-up Home Delivered Meals driver when needed.
