Job summary

Columbus State University in Columbus, GA is seeking a part-time School of Nursing Recruiter to lead outreach, community engagement, and recruitment of undergraduate and graduate nursing students. The role requires developing, executing, and evaluating recruitment strategies.

You will collaborate with Admissions and University Marketing to present CSU's School of Nursing at events, build partnerships with community organizations, and guide prospective students through the application process.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required and two years of experience in recruitment, marketing, or higher education.
A Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

Develops, plans and leads local initiatives to reach prospective nursing students.
In coordination with Admissions, represents CSU School of Nursing at key community events, job fairs, and other community outreach events to help with recruitment.
Develops relationships with community partners and other key stakeholders.
In conjunction with Admissions and University Marketing, distributes marketing material to community partners.
In coordination with Admissions, schedules information meetings at community partner sites or accessible venues in the community.
Reaches out to prospective and newly accepted students to keep them informed and engaged in the process of application and registration.
Collaborates with School of Nursing administration, faculty and staff to identify upcoming events that help potential students learn more about CSU and the School of Nursing.
Other duties may be assigned by School of Nursing administration.
