Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed Registered Nurse in Virginia.
• Experience teaching in a nursing or clinical setting is required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with students and staff.
• Willingness to work day and evening classes, with some 12-hour shifts if needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, teach, and evaluate students in clinical areas.
• Familiarize with the Nursing Student Handbook and college policies.
• Attend designated meetings and coordinate with full-time nursing faculty.
• Supervise students during clinical rotations and provide feedback.
• Maintain professional standards and participate in ongoing development.
