Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in Virginia.
• Follow BON Regulations for Nursing Education Programs 18VAC90-27-10 et seq.
• Use computer and other technologies for instruction and documentation.
• Walk, stand, lift as needed. Work up to 12-hour shifts if needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, teach, and evaluate students in the clinical area.
• Attend selected meetings as designated by the dean/college/nursing director.
• Provide supervision and guidance for student clinical groups.
• Assist in developing and evaluating the nursing education program and clinical curriculum.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and student progress.
