Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold an active NYS RN license.
• Master's in nursing required or BSN with enrollment toward advanced degree.
• Minimum 5 years RN experience across varied clinical areas and acute care setting.
• Experience supervising nursing students or new grads.

Responsibilities

• Complete required institution training.
• Fulfill program requirements and adhere to policy.
• Coordinate and plan patient assignments for students.
• Provide timely feedback and evaluate student performance.
• Conduct pre- and post-clinical activities within Canvas LMS.
• Lead synchronous Zoom sessions as indicated by course.
• Demonstrate clinical expertise and evidence-based examples.
• Ensure adherence to clinical hours and objectives.
• Complete rubrics for each student promptly.
