Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing with 2+ years of clinical experience or equivalent per CT State standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing for Practical Nursing track with 3+ years of clinical teaching experience; toward master’s within 4 years.
• Unencumbered nursing license to practice in Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, instruct, and evaluate nursing students in clinical settings.
• Maintain records of student performance and competency examinations.
• Conform to program, didactic, and accreditation guidelines for clinical instruction.
• Deliver demonstrations and labs, ensuring quality of instruction.
