Qualifications

Active RN license in Massachusetts or eligibility

Responsibilities

Deliver direct clinical instruction and supervision of prelicensure nursing students in one or more specialty areas
Identify, assign, and supervise patient care experiences to maximize student learning
Develop and implement evidence-based teaching strategies to enhance clinical learning and promote clinical judgement
Evaluate student performance, provide timely feedback, and document progress
Collaborate with faculty and clinical partners to ensure alignment with course objectives and accreditation standards
Collaborate with clinical coordinator and partners to address student concerns and remediation
Serve as a mentor and role model for students
Stay updated on clinical best practices and nursing education trends
Participate in faculty meetings and credentialing tasks
