You will deliver instruction aligned with syllabi, plan diverse experiences, and ensure safety and confidentiality. Collaboration with the instructional team and counselors is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience required.
• 1+ year of long-term care experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• LPN or RN license required.
• Strong knowledge of Google Suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in classroom and lab settings with clear objectives and competencies.
• Develop active, hands-on learning experiences aligned with industry practices.
• Communicate daily learning goals and prepare labs and activities.
• Assign and grade class work and provide timely feedback.
• Observe, evaluate, and document student performance with guidance from full-time instructors.
• Maintain classroom and lab safety and FERPA-compliant practices.
• Collaborate with program staff to support student success and accreditation standards.
• Ensure real-time updates of student data in Northstar.
