Job summary

Dixietech is seeking an experienced Nursing Assistant instructor for a part-time role serving off-campus high school cohorts and on-campus NA program cohorts. You will create a hands-on learning environment in classroom and lab settings, connecting lessons to real-world nursing assistant skills and preparing students for the healthcare field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience required.
• 1+ year of long-term care experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Utah LPN or RN License required.
• Strong knowledge of Google Suite applications.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in classroom and lab settings with hands-on learning.
• Plan, organize, and deliver clear instruction aligned to syllabi.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
• Maintain safety and FERPA compliance.
• Collaborate with program staff and counselors to ensure student success.
