Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing and two years of clinical nursing experience.
• Active CT nursing license (RN).
• Understanding of nursing simulation methodologies and lab management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate simulation activities and provide educational materials with nursing faculty.
• Collaborate to ensure learning outcomes and consistent student experiences.
• Coach students to translate theory into safe, high-quality patient care.
• Mentor nursing students and provide feedback on assignments as needed.
• Facilitate clinical skills laboratory experiences and manage supplies.
• Maintain inventory and stay current with nursing practice advancements.
• Support CT-CCNP policies and foster an inclusive learning environment.
