Qualifications

• Hold a current Oregon RN license.
• Two years' experience as an RN; at least 1 year in long‑term care nursing.
• Evidence of completion of a course on teaching adults, or one year of experience teaching adults.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students using approved course outcomes and syllabi.
• Meet all assigned classes and prepare instructional materials.
• Provide effective teaching strategies and foster student/instructor interaction.
• Maintain records of enrollment, attendance, and progress.
• Assess student learning outcomes at course, program, and institutional levels.
