Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Active Georgia RN license.
• One year of nursing experience.
• Attend or be willing to attend the Train-the-Trainer Workshop from Alliant Health Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Organize, review, develop, and ensure the effectiveness of the program.
• Demonstrate appropriate teaching techniques.
• Demonstrate appropriate testing and grading procedures.
• Maintain the course gradebook and records.
• Follow approved curriculum standards and syllabi.
• Advise and counsel students.
• Enforce institutional policies and procedures.
• Assist with student recruitment and job placement.
• Serve as primary contact with the program’s clinical partner.
• Coordinate clinical site updates and schedule credentials.
• Disseminate the clinical schedule to students.
• Create and ensure all clinical paperwork is graded.
• Travel to clinical sites for evaluation.
• Maintain qualifications per policy manuals and accreditation standards.
• Follow institution policies; perform additional duties as assigned.
