Job summary

Saint Mary’s Home in Connecticut is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for a part-time, day shift. You will coordinate resident care, supervise staff, and participate in an interdisciplinary care team to maximize resident independence.

The role requires an RN with CT licensure, at least three years of clinical practice including long-term care, and CPR certification. Strong communication and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN) with active CT licensure.
• Three years in clinical practice, including at least one year in long-term care.
• Excellent communication and assessment skills required.
• Working knowledge of OBRA, State and JCAHO regulatory requirements.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver resident care on an assigned shift.
