Responsibilities for a Nurse Supervisor:

• You will visit our geriatric clients and conduct assessments in Charlestown, MA and surrounding areas.
• Develop and oversee individualized care plans in collaboration with clinicians, clients, families, and field staff..
• Supervise, support, and mentor Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants in the field.
• You will facilitate new hire orientation for Home Health Aides/ Certified Nursing Assistants
• Lead in-service training and ongoing staff education to uphold exceptional care standards.
  
  
  

Qualifications for a Nurse Supervisor:

• Active RN license with at least 2 years of nursing experience.
• Home health or community-based experience strongly preferred.
