Job summary

Millennium Physician Group is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APRN/PA) in Florida to provide comprehensive primary care support under physician supervision. The role includes diagnosing, treating, and managing patients, ordering tests, and prescribing therapies in a collaborative team environment.

The position requires an NP license in good standing in Florida, a Master's or DNP, and board certification (FNP/AGNP/ACNP or equivalent).

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted NP license in the applicable state.
• National board certification such as FNP/AGNP/AGACNP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute illnesses and chronic diseases.
• Develop individualized treatment plans including medications, preventive services, and health screenings.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging as needed.
• Provide surgical assistance and conduct annual wellness visits along with preventive care.
• Coordinate referrals to specialty care and other healthcare providers as clinically indicated.
