Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, develop care plans, and provide interventions.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage patient conditions within scope of practice.
• Review labs and imaging, prescribe medications, and coordinate with care team.
• Document timely and accurate records and ensure care continuity.
