Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Part-time Nurse Practitioner for the Ford City, PA area to evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient MAT clinics.

The NP must hold an active licensure in the state, have a DEA certificate, and be eligible for Medicaid/Medicare credentials. Experience in addiction medicine is preferred; the role includes prescribing medications and performing injections, with Crossroads providing malpractice insurance and 401K benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP licensure and authorization to practice.
• Primary specialty in Family Medicine/Family Practice, Internal Medicine, General Practice or Psychiatry.
• DEA Certificate in the state of practice.
• Must be eligible for Medicaid/Medicare credentials.
• Experience in addiction medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinic settings.
• Prescribe medications and treatments as indicated by assessment.
• Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care and referrals.
• Will perform injections.
