Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP licensure in the state of practice.
• Primary specialty in Family Medicine / Internal Medicine / General Practice / Psychiatry.
• DEA registration in the state of practice with ability to schedule meds.
• Medicaid/Medicare credentials enrollment or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinic.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as assessed.
• Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care and referrals.
