Crossroads Treatment Centers in Clarion, PA is seeking a Part-time Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient addiction medicine team. The role focuses on evaluating and managing patients with opioid use disorder, prescribing evidence-based treatments, documenting care, and coordinating with clinic staff.

The ideal candidate holds an active NP license in Pennsylvania, a DEA registration, and is eligible for Medicaid/Medicare enrollment.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in the state of practice.
• DEA Certificate of Registration is required.
• Experience in addiction medicine is preferred.
• Experience treating opioid use disorder (OUD) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient settings.
• Prescribe medications and treatments as indicated by assessment.
• Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care and referrals.
• Will perform injections.
