Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Nurse Aide certification is required or willingness to obtain.
• At least 1 year of experience in caregiving or healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and ambulation.
• Provide medication reminders as directed by RN.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the RN.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces and assist with meal trays and personal laundry.
• Record care and observations accurately and participate in meetings and trainings.
