Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care including assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, dining, transporting and restorative care.
• Document care and communicate with residents, family, management, and staff to ensure quality care.
• Assist and collaborate with nursing staff regarding ongoing resident needs and established standards.
