Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Kentucky.
• Minimum of two years of RN experience, including at least one year in long-term care.
• Willingness to complete MOI training if not already done.
• CPR certification and PPD documentation required.

Responsibilities

• Instructs a 75-hour Nurse Aide course with classroom, lab, and clinical components.
• Course may run during daytime and/or evenings with supervised clinical training in long-term care.
• May serve as evaluator for Kentucky Medicaid Nurse Aide Exam after evaluator training.
