Job summary

Jefferson Community & Technical College is seeking a Medicaid Nurse Aide Instructor for the Southwest Campus. The role requires on-site classroom and clinical instruction, with four days per week on-site. Spring 2027 hire for ongoing MNA and KMA programs.

Qualifications include active RN licensure in Kentucky or NLC state, and 2+ years of RN experience with LTC exposure. Preferred are MOI training and prior MNA teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current license in Kentucky or NLC state.
• Minimum 2 years’ RN experience, at least 1 year in long-term care.
• Experience teaching MNA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach full load of Medicaid Nurse Aide (MNA) classes each semester.
• Assist with MNA testing at testing sites for the region.
• Develop and prepare schedules for MNA and KMA classes and maintain records.
