Job summary

Northampton Community College is seeking a part-time/per-diem Certified Nurse Aide Instructor to support the Healthcare Education department. The role includes flexible day and weekend clinical oversight hours for both para-professional and professional students at the Bethlehem and Pocono Campus locations.

Qualified candidates hold a PA RN or LPN license, a Train the Trainer certificate, and healthcare clearances, with at least three years of nursing experience including one year in long-term

Qualifications

• Requires PA RN or LPN license, Train the Trainer certificate and healthcare clearances.
• Must have at least three (3) years of Nursing experience with a minimum of one (1) year long term care.
• Ability to provide flexible day shift/weekend clinical oversight hours for para-professional and professional students.

Responsibilities

• Provide CNA instruction and clinical oversight in NCC Healthcare Education.
• Serve as adjunct instructor in the Certified Nurse Aide program.
• Maintain compliance with accreditation and safety standards while supervising clinical activities.
