Job summary

Pomera Care LLC seeks a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner to provide wound care across skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in Ohio. Part-time, two days per week, with coverage at Bellefontaine, Columbus & Dublin and additional OH locations.

Strong geriatric wound care experience and documentation skills are essential for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Wound care certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP with wound care experience required.

• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive wound assessments and treatment planning.
