Job summary

Pomera Care LLC seeks a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner to provide wound care across skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in Ohio. Part-time, two days per week, with coverage at Bellefontaine, Columbus & Dublin and additional OH locations.

Strong geriatric wound care experience and documentation skills are essential for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Wound care certification is preferred.

Nurse Practitioner - Wound Care - Multiple Locations Throughout Ohio

We are seeking a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner to provide wound care services to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities throughout Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider with wound care experience who enjoys working with the geriatric population and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Compensation

$70-$80 per hour

Bellefontaine, Columbus & Dublin, OH

Part-Time | 2 Days per Week Coverage available at the following locations:

Brook Park, Alliance & Akron, OH

Part-Time | 2 Days per Week Coverage available at the following locations:

• Brook Park, OH – 2 facilities located within the same city; part-time, 2 days per week
• Akron, OH – 2 facilities located within the same city; part-time, 2 days per week

Jackson & Portsmouth, OH

Mansfield, OH

Responsibilities
