Matrix Providers Inc. is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to perform one-time, non-treatment Veteran Disability Examinations in Pueblo, CO.

This part-time position pays an hourly rate of $60.07–$63.23 and requires on-site work with vaccination compliance and standard clinical protocols. The candidate must hold an active NP/PA license, NCCPA certification for PAs, a master’s degree or PA program completion, and a BLS credential.

Qualifications

• Active license required for NP or PA.
• NCCPA certification for PAs must be current.
• Master’s degree or PA program completion required.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good interpersonal skills and flexibility.
• Basic computer skills.
• Vaccination per CDC/state guidelines.
• VA exam experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Review medical history and provide one-time, non-treatment VA exams.
• Capture exam responses via web-based forms; documentation completed electronically.
• Exams submitted to VA for disability determinations.
• Standard exams include musculoskeletal, cardio, and respiratory.
• Ancillaries (X-rays, labs, EKGs, PFTs, ABIs) may be ordered and conducted on-site or nearby.
